Every person who lived and worked in the Republic of South Africa will need a Police Clearance
Certificate when immigrating to another country, applying for a work visa or residence permit. A
Police Clearance Certificate is an official document issued by the South African Police Service
which contains the applicant's record of convictions for criminal offences.

Requirements for a Police Clearance Certificate

Clients requiring a Police Clearance Certificate will need the following documents:

1. An original set of fingerprints taken by the local Police or  Scotland  Yard
2. A copy of their South African Identity Document and/ or Passport
3. A completed application form from the High Commission or if that is not available a letter    
containing full contact details
4. Proof of payment of our fee.


The Next Step...

Once the client obtained the above mentioned documents, the client contacts our agent for a quote
on obtaining the certificate.

If the client is satisfied with the quote the client then courier the documents together with the
payment, to the contact address of our company. Clients in the UK and New Zealand should use
our offices locally and obtain a quote from them.

When the Certificate is Ready...

Once the certificate is ready and no problem exits with the payment received at the time of
